Board Vacancy Announcement

The Governing Board of the Northern Apache County Special Health Care District (the “District”) announces one (1) vacancy on the Board of Directors. The term of office is four (4) years. A person must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and must be a resident real property owner in the District and a qualified elector in the District. Directors shall not be an elected or appointed (current and former) state, county, or tribal official, or serve and/or served as a health board member, an employee of the District, or a director, officer, or employee of another health
care institution. Applicants should submit a Letter of Interest and a Resume to Donovan Yazzie, P.O. Box 489, Sanders, AZ 86512, or via email to donovan.yazzie@nac.healthcare.
